Our team of professionals

Together with my colleagues, I am an expert in permits, exemptions, and guidance for exceptional transport. This involves a lot of research and computer work. From time to time, I work at our external site to measure and inspect vehicles, for example by carrying out turning tests. We are also a preferred supplier for the German inspection authority TÜV. The work requires highly specialized knowledge and great attention to detail. Every country has its own laws and regulations. Since we operate internationally, we regularly communicate in both English and German.

Of all my colleagues, I live closest to our office in Hapert. I am a proud mother of a son and a daughter. In my free time, I sing in a choir and enjoy making trips and outings. During my years at E.S.P. bv, I have specialized in the Permits & Guidance department, and with passion for both the profession and our clients, I look forward to continuing to build on this work!

What I find special about working at E.S.P. bv is the personal and human approach. We operate in a sector often characterized by toughness and speed, so I truly believe this is what makes our company stand out!

Since 2019, I have been on the road every day for E.S.P. bv. No two days are the same; sometimes I transport oversized loads in lenght, other times in width. Often, the goods have a high value, which requires the utmost care and responsibility from me as a driver. In exceptional transport, it's not just about driving from A to B - it's also about ensuring proper load securing and strictly following the regulations set out in the permits. For larger loads, we drive with escort vehicles and within the permitted time windows. My works often starts on Monday morning, and I usually return home on Friday.

Weekends are reserved mainly for spending time with my family, although for me it also goes without saying that I take the time to clean my truck – just like you clean your house every week. For relaxation, I enjoy mountain biking in the wooded surroundings of the Kempen.

At E.S.P. BV, I ensure that all administrative matters are handled with care and I support my colleagues in their daily tasks. In addition, I take care of the orders for our webshop and help organize activities such as staff outings.

I live in Best, and whenever possible, I try to cycle to our office in Hapert. My hobbies include cycling, skiing, shopping, going out with friends, and enjoying fun activities. I really love good company and laughter!

I have been working at E.S.P. BV since 2022, and I feel very much at home here. I can truly be myself and I’m given the space to grow and develop, which I really appreciate.

At 24, I am the youngest member of the team. I live in Germany, in the city of Bottrop, together with my partner and our dog.

I don’t have any specific hobbies, but I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also love doing activities with my partner and our dog – the three of us have already explored many cities together and created wonderful memories.

After completing my training as a freight forwarding clerk, I joined E.S.P. bv and immediately felt completely at ease. It doesn’t feel like I am going to work, but rather that I am spending time with my second family, doing a job that truly fulfills me and brings me joy.

In just a short time, I already felt as though I had always belonged here. At ESP, I am given both the trust and the challenges that I wish for my future.

At E.S.P. bv, I am responsible for the German permits department as well as for our German clients.

At the office, I make sure that the necessary permits for the Netherlands and Belgium are arranged. In addition, I organize the guidance for exceptional transports. But my work is definitely not limited to sitting behind a desk. I also regularly join one of our guidance vans to guide transports safely from A to B. What I really enjoy is this variety: the combination of organizing and planning, while also being out on the road myself.

I started working at E.S.P. BV at the beginning of the summer of 2025. Soon after, I was able to obtain my certifications to provide escorting in both the Netherlands and Belgium, which allows me to gain plenty of practical experience. This, in turn, helps me in my office work.

At home in Helmond, I live together with my little dog. In my free time, I love going on long walks or taking a weekend trip with my dog which I enjoy just as much as my work.
