As founder and owner of E.S.P. BV, I am involved in the daily management of our company. With great pleasure and passion, I go to the office or visit clients every day, dedicating myself fully to the world of exceptional transport. Maintaining client relationships, brainstorming creative solutions together with colleagues and clients, constantly looking for ways to improve, and supporting employees wherever needed—these are the tasks that fill most of my working days. Beyond striving to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction, I also value seeing and supporting our employees as individuals. I find it important that they have a pleasant work environment and opportunities for personal development.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family! We love going out together and sharing good food and drinks. To balance this out, I like to go mountain biking or cycling to burn calories, clear my head, or take time for reflection. To truly switch off from work, I enjoy skiing holidays. The fresh air, beautiful nature, being active, and ending the day with great food—this combination makes it the ultimate form of relaxation for me. Luckily, my children feel the same way, which makes such holidays even more special. After a vacation, I always look forward to bringing my renewed energy back into E.S.P. BV!

Since 2019, I have been on the road every day for E.S.P. bv. No two days are the same; sometimes I transport oversized loads in lenght, other times in width. Often, the goods have a high value, which requires the utmost care and responsibility from me as a driver. In exceptional transport, it's not just about driving from A to B - it's also about ensuring proper load securing and strictly following the regulations set out in the permits. For larger loads, we drive with escort vehicles and within the permitted time windows. My works often starts on Monday morning, and I usually return home on Friday.

Weekends are reserved mainly for spending time with my family, although for me it also goes without saying that I take the time to clean my truck – just like you clean your house every week. For relaxation, I enjoy mountain biking in the wooded surroundings of the Kempen.

I dedicate myself every day to ensuring that our clients’ operations run smoothly. I take great satisfaction in seeing that special transport projects are executed on time and with precision. In addition, I am actively involved in driving the development of automation within the organization.

I can apply and share my many years of experience in the automotive sector with both colleagues and clients. In addition, I enjoy continuing to learn and develop professionally.

I am married and a father of two growing teenagers, and we live in Mierlo-Hout. In my free time, I lead an active social life, enjoy playing tennis, and contribute to our local tennis club.

Working at E.S.P. BV represents an exciting challenge for me within a growing organization, where initiative and proactive thinking are valued.

As an independent contractor, I provide escorting services for exceptional transports on behalf of E.S.P. BV alongside running my own business. Since my company is located close to E.S.P. BV, I can respond quickly when needed. With my background as a driver in exceptional transport, I know exactly what to pay attention to and can ensure that transports are guided safely through other traffic.

Because of the irregular working hours, I especially value the time I spend with my wife and children—although they are getting older and more independent every year. We also have a dog, and we love going for walks in the woods. In addition to driving the escort van, I also enjoy riding my motorcycle.

At the office, I make sure that the necessary permits for the Netherlands and Belgium are arranged. In addition, I organize the guidance for exceptional transports. But my work is definitely not limited to sitting behind a desk. I also regularly join one of our guidance vans to guide transports safely from A to B. What I really enjoy is this variety: the combination of organizing and planning, while also being out on the road myself.

I started working at E.S.P. BV at the beginning of the summer of 2025. Soon after, I was able to obtain my certifications to provide escorting in both the Netherlands and Belgium, which allows me to gain plenty of practical experience. This, in turn, helps me in my office work.

At home in Helmond, I live together with my little dog. In my free time, I love going on long walks or taking a weekend trip with my dog which I enjoy just as much as my work.
